Peer Group Voar Pot Luck

The next Peer Group gathering celebrates the Voar - and what better way to celebrate the start of Spring than to share a hearty meal with fellow artists and get a preview of the updated Toogs Artist Workshop in Burra.

So join us for a the first ever Peer Group Pot Luck - a communal meal, where guests contribute a single dish of their choice to enjoy and share with others. Your dish can be a super simple savoury, a family favourite, or an ambitious medieval dessert - whatever you wish. Book-ending this communal feast will be a chance to explore some of the ongoing updates to the workshop facilities, and of course catch up with fellow Shetland artists.

Practicals:

  • Currently the workshop has limited kitchen facilities, so ideally bring a cold dish or one which can be reheated easily via microwave or induction hob!

  • To keep things simple and accessible to all, non-meat dishes are encouraged.

  • The workshop has a good supply of plates, cutlery, and hot drinks so you can leave these at home.
